The appearance of electron technology and network technology in 20 century made humanity getting into information times. In 1960’s,the appearance of laser and laser science technology give an impetus to photoelectron technology by its powerful vitality. Recently, digital television, the third generation mobile (3G), display industry, all of those show huge develop space. Moreover, those industries merged with motor vehicle, medical treatment, media, sports, live and promote each other. Optoelectronics industry will be one of the mainstay industries in 21 century.
    As the only one state-level optoelectronics manufactures association, COEMA take on the task of creating good internal and external interchange environment, safeguard the autonomy intellectual property of Chinese optoelectronics industry, provide industry analysis report and develop strategy for government department, etc.
    The newly COEMA will take the order of “expand our affect, promote our communication, serve optoelectronics industry, develop and cooperate ”, carry out every task pragmatically and hardly, the aim is to make the COEMA sweet and warm home of member units.
