深圳市鸿荣通创光电有限公司配备有多台超精密多轴单点金刚石切削机床，东芝UVM450C(用于加工自由曲面），及非球面玻璃模压设备，多种检测设备，为业界提供超精密光学产品加工以及检测服务，包括球面，非球面，菲涅尔曲面，微透镜阵列及光学产品等。
业务范围：
What we can d
1. 小批量制作光学零部件如非球面、离轴非球面、及二元衍射面以及检测服务；
prototype optical components such as aspheric lens , off-axis aspheric lens, binary diffractive lens;
2. 金属反射镜、平面镜、离轴抛物面、双曲面、椭球面、锥形体、多面体、自由曲面等；
Metal mirror, plane mirror, OAPM, hyperboloid surface, ellipsoid surface, cone surface, freeform etc;
3. 非球面曲面方程测试，非球面检测补偿镜设计，光学成像系统设计，照明设计，LED透镜设计，车灯光学设计 ；
Optical imaging design, illumination system design , Aspheric surface test, LED lens design, Light guide and backlight module design and fabricated;
4. 高精度模芯（球面、非球面、平面、）、微阵列（透镜、棱镜、复眼、菲涅尔、柱面阵列）、微结构、及菲涅尔等单点金刚石超精密加工;
High precision mold core (sphere、 aspheric、 plane) , micro lens array (lens, prism, fresnel, cylinder) single-point-diamond-turning;
5. 光学玻璃透镜以及红外透镜冷加工，如平凸透镜、平凹透镜、双凸透镜、双凹透镜、双胶合透镜、硫化锌、硒化锌、锗透镜等；

6. 球面，非球面透镜复制测试，系统复制还原（尤其小型，超小，超薄镜头，镜片材料鉴别，R值测试，面型测试）；
