Applied Films provides thin film deposition solutions to a broad range of applications. Our product portfolio ranges from advanced color filter production systems for flat panel displays (FPDs) to metallizing systems for high-performance metal and plastic foils (web coating). Applications for web coating equipment include food packaging, decorative packaging and the electronic industry (manufacturing of capacitors). In addition, our photovoltaic systems address the wafer based solar cells market and the upcoming market of thin film solar cells. Rounding out our product portfolio, we manufacture thin film deposition equipment for the architectural glass and automotive glass markets.
